Controllable synthesis and regulation of physical properties in novel two-dimensional materials, functional devices based on two-dimensional materials and their applications in integrated circuits, encompassing (but not limited to) the following aspects: 1) synthesis and characterization of emerging two-dimensional materials. 2) fundamental physical properties and novel quantum phenomena exhibited by two-dimensional materials. 3) theoretical modeling, calculation, and simulation of two-dimensional materials. 4) functional devices utilizing two-dimensional materials for integrated circuit applications.
